Why are there so few backpacks in stock?
Each backpack is hand sewn and hand painted, and I am a one person business at the moment. I do my best to have any many backpack as possible in stock for each drop, but I have to balance the number of backpacks that can be made at a given time and going too long having backpacks listed as 'Out of Stock' on the website. 

Do you do custom backpack designs?
Not yet! That is definitely in the plans at some point, but as of right now, I'm sticking with the designs I currently offer, though I will have new designs coming soon!

But what if I have a great idea for a backpack?
I would LOVE to hear your ideas for backpack designs! If it's something I think would be popular, or is already in my plans for designs, you might actually see it in the shop!

How do I take care of my backpack?
For the outer shell fabric - Brush or wipe any residue. Spray with a mild cleaning solution/soap and gently wipe the fabric clean. Rinse/wipe with water and allow to fully air dry.

What is your shipping policy?
Items are shipped within 2-4 business days from order placement. Made to order item processing times are listed under those product listings. 

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If an item is marked "delivered" but you have not received it, check with your neighbors or the surrounding area. Once an item is marked delivered by the carrier, contact your local post office/carrier if you did not receive your items.
